Jeopardy’s Erin Adams Is A Historian And Educator From Springfield

Erin Adams is actively involved in the professional field as an educator and historian. She is a Director of Education & Interpretation at the Andrew Jackson Foundation based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Erin is set to make her reality television debut as a contestant in the 41st season of Jeopardy! Her episode will air on television on December 6, 2024.

On Friday’s episode, Erin will share the stage with a returning Jeopardy champion and one more challenger. Dave Bond from West Henrietta, New York is the new champion in the show.

Dave is a retired Grand Writer and Clean Energy Advocate from West Henrietta, New York. He has a strong professional background in research administration, grant writing, and project management.

Bond won against Lisa Dileo and previous 2-day champion Stevie Ruiz on Thursday’s episode. He has earned $25,000 from last night’s episode.

The duo of Stevie and Bond will be joined by Zach DeBoer. Zach received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina Asheville.

Erin Adams is in her 40’s. She was born in Springfield, Tennessee, and did her schooling there too.

Erin is the daughter of Sue Adams, mother, and Stanley B. Adams, father. Her parents celebrated their 52nd anniversary this year.

Adams has two sisters, Rachel Adams Mayo and Nicole Adams, and a brother named Tom Adams.

Rachel works as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate at West Cancer Center & Research Institute. She is married to Raborn Mayo.

Tom graduated from Union University, a private university in Tennessee. He is married to Vanessa Adams and they have a daughter.

Nicole works at FACS Memphis. The Adams family seems to be quite close to each other.

Erin completed her Bachelor of Arts(B.A.) in English and History from Freed-Hardeman University. She completed her bachelors in 2001.

Erin started her career as an Education Aide at the Smithsonian Institution, National Postal Museum. She worked there from 2005-2006.

Adams then worked as a Curator of Education at Carlyle House Historic Park. She worked there from 2004-2007.

Furthermore, Erin worked as a University Archivist at Freed-Hardeman University. She worked there for 4 years i.e. from 2007-2011.

Additionally, she was Executive Director of Lee-Fendall House Museum & Garden from 2011-2013.

Currently, Erin is working as Director of Education at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage. She has been working there actively for more than 11 years.
